Business Development and Advisory Support for RPO Engagement
Financial Services Firm
CoreAxis led the business development process for a large scale
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiative. We collaborated
with the principals of the RPO provider on the sales, business
requirements, operational and organizational structure plan
for the potential client. Upon winning the engagement, we worked
with the leadership team to manage the implementation, including
managing a change process and developing a new talent strategy
of the firm. The resulting structure Operations and HR to gain
new efficiencies, while enhancing the talent pool and increasing
retention.

CoreAxis served as an advisor to the CFO in developing and identifying key HR
and leadership roles for the growing firm. The work included assessing the organizational
structure, firm growth strategy, performance and reward policies, company performance,
and forward-thinking ideas and scenarios toward potential transaction opportunities.
