Katy brings an organized, detail-oriented, collaborative approach and extensive experience applying adult learning theory in the corporate environment.

Katy’s background includes direct experience with designing leadership development training and support resources, including “manager toolkits” to support all new managers at a global pharmaceutical company, and interactive training for frontline customer service managers and employees at a global restaurant franchise.

Ralph Pastor

Since 1998 Ralph Pastor has been working with his trusted clients to address their most complex strategic imperatives around workforce transformation and optimization, and organizational change management. Ralph launched his career in the nonprofit space, before ultimately transitioning into the corporate environment. This experience underlies his passion for solving problems, and helping individuals and organizations develop and grow.

Throughout his career, Ralph has worked with leading organizations, from VisioCom USA to CognitiveArts, an offshoot of the Institute for the Learning Sciences at Northwestern University. In the late ‘90s, the team was at the tip of the spear and pushing the envelope on what was possible with the newest modality to hit the corporate learning scene – Computer Based Training (CBT). It was there that Ralph began learning about effective Instructional Design, the cognitive thought process and adult learning theory. He was the recipient of a President’s Club award for being the most productive sales team member his first year there.

Over the next decade and a half, Ralph continued to hone his sales skills and sharpen his ID chops supporting Fortune 500 clients in every conceivable vertical to provide all manners of both strategic consulting as well as tactical solutions. He worked for large off-shore vendors and multi-national conglomerates as well as small “boutique” shops. Through these roles, Ralph gained extensive experience developing a wide array of solutions, including off-the-shelf programs, classroom-based programs, eLearning, and more.
