What Is Blended Learning?
Blended learning is a style of learning in which a majority of the process takes place online, while the rest consists of traditional learning methods that require learners to be present at a specific time and place. In this combination of online and offline learning, it is integral to have a good student-teacher relationship; however, this relationship is tremendously flexible, as students have control over a number of elements, including time and place.
By appreciating both the efficiency that online education offers, along with the benefits of mastering soft skills that are best learned through actual human contact, one could conclude that blended learning is the best method of training. However, that is not the case.
