Natalie Begin has 20 years experience in a Learning and Leadership Development capacity. Her learning and development accomplishments include sales, leadership, management, coaching, end-user systems and software, customer service, communications, organizational structure, competency modeling, process design, and team building.
Natalie has extensive experience in managing and developing customized training solutions for corporations and non-profit agencies in a dynamic and flexible environment beginning with strategic needs analysis through implementation and evaluation. She has experience in a variety of industries, including: Financial and Investment Services, Banking, Retail, Sales, Call Centers, Health Care, Biopharmacuticals, Retail, Restaurants, and Government.
Natalie has her MBA in International Business with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management in Boston, MA and her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in English from Regis College in Weston, MA. She has a certificate in e-Learning Instructional Design from American Society for Training & Development.
She is an honored member of Cambridge Who’s Who among Professional and Executive Women. She also holds memberships with Beta Gamma Sigma, American Society for Training & Development, Suffolk University Alumni association, and Regis College Alumni Association.
