You have autonomy over your schedule, which means work/life balance. CoreAxis provides full-time, part-time, and contract positions based on what you’re looking for. Are you a stay-at-home parent looking to work 20-hours a week? Do work on a project-by-project/contract-by-contract basis? Are you looking for a typical nine-to-five role? CoreAxis can work with you and your schedule. We understand there’s more to life than work.

You work when your schedule calls for it. Transparency with your team leader/manager is key, so you can work with them on your schedule. You’ll never be confined by strict hours, except for attending the meetings with colleagues and clients – all of which you or your team leader schedule yourself. CoreAxis knows that every consultant is different, and we want you working at your most creative hours.

CoreAxis offers remote work for all of our contractors. Based on your role you may need to visit clients, but the scheduling is done by you and your team leader. We do have offer on-site positions, but we are leaning towards a fully-remote workforce. If the job can be done in the comfort of your home within the hours that work for you, why would we require on-site work?
