Kristie DeLoreto

VP of Custom Learning Solutions, Design and Delivery

Kristie DeLoreto has 20 years of experience in Learning and Development. Her learning and development career began in the Learning and Development group at Fidelity Investments. From there, Kristie spent a few years in the Higher Ed arena, teaching a variety of courses (Project Management, Microsoft Office, Critical Thinking) at various institutions including Gibbs College, Bay State College and North Shore Community College.

Over her career in Instructional Design and Facilitation, Kristie has managed, designed and delivered multiple training programs in various industries including sales, bio-medical, higher education, technology, construction, environmental and small and large retail chains.

Kristie is a currently the VP of Custom Learning Solutions, Delivery and Production at CoreAxis Consulting, a leading talent strategy consulting firm based in Southborough, Massachusetts.

Kristie has her Master’s Degree in Adult/Organizational Learning from Suffolk University and an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management in Boston MA.

Kristie is the President and Founder of the Allergy and Asthma Awareness Initiative, Inc. which is committed to raising awareness, funding research and providing education around allergies, asthma and food intolerance. Kristie works closely with Boston Children’s Hospital’s Food Allergy and Asthma Division.

Kristie also serves as a Board Member of the Peabody Education Foundation and a Member of the FARE Community Engagement Council.

Kristie is from the Boston area and enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, as well as planning fundraisers, reading, sipping coffee and when she isn’t working, you can find her at a baseball field or basketball court.
