Melissa Dejesus

Director of Process Improvement

Melissa DeJesus is an experienced learning professional possessing the rare combination of technical expertise with strategic vision. In her decade-plus experience, she has provided strategy development, process improvement, technical writing, and eLearning development to clients in a variety of industries from financial services to healthcare.

Melissa started out as a technical writer creating detailed Workflows (keystroke level) and corresponding Procedures for Insurance, Hedge Funds, and Trust Services. She has been able to expand her skills and help bridge the gap between training and process improvement.

 

Melissa has recently used her Process Improvement skills to identify correct workflows and processes for Panviva clients and then, acted as the project lead to gather technical specifications, write new content, and manage the content update process.
